Living Sources
While reading, there were many ideas that popped up for me to use. One important factor that I took away from it was that when you conduct interviews, you need to make sure that the person you are interviewing is very smart in the subject you are researching. You can look up author names and different Internet sources. Another good idea during an interview is to make sure that you carry it out like a conversation. That way you can get the "most real" answers from a subject. Finally, if you are using surveys, you must make sure that they can reach your targeted audience. If that means you must go out and hand them out individually, then that's what you must do. If an elderly person takes a survey about new technology, it probably will not be that reliable of a survey. That is why you need to distribute your surveys appropriately.
